Lori May grew up in the small agricultural town of Simcoe (Norfolk County) in a fun loving, closely knit family. She moved to the city of Toronto at eighteen to further her education and it was love at first sight! Upon completion of college, one of her first jobs was a Departure Security Officer at Pearson International Airport, where she was bitten by the travel bug! Two years later she was back in school to pursue a career in the travel industry. Lori May flourished as a Travel Consultant which allowed her authentic, gregarious personality to shine! Her passion for helping people and attention to detail landed her as lead agent on several corporate accounts and ultimately a promotion to manager.

In 1988, a real estate broker friend persuaded Lori May to take the necessary courses and join his firm, which she did, and received her license in 1989. The segue was natural as she committed to working with people in a new and meaningful way. She has attained her ASA (Accredited Senior Agent) designation and enjoys assisting seniors in transition, a time that can be difficult and emotional for them, and treats them as she would her own parents. Lori May listens to, respects, and empathizes with all her clients, three elements she finds key to any relationship. After a quarter of a century, she is still passionate about people and real estate, and finding the right ‘fit’!

I have had the pleasure of knowing Lori for the past 17 years. My first encounter with her was when I attended an open house in Leaside. While we were touring the house she asked me several questions pertaining to my hopes and expectations for a new home. Even though I expressed an interest in the house I was visiting, Lori openly suggested that there were other homes in the market more tailored to my needs within the same price range. On reflection it was very good advice and it was at this point she became my real estate agent.
We viewed other homes in the community and I am pleased to say that Lori found my ideal house. She then proceeded to sell my townhouse at a very fair market value.

A few years later I got married and we had to relocate to Mississauga. As in all relationships, my husband and I had varying opinions as to what would best suit our requirements. Apart from being our real estate agent, Lori became the official arbitrator. Needless to say she was once again successful in finding a home which both my husband and I thoroughly enjoyed,
Our next move was out of province, and Lori secured a sale price for our house which exceeded our expectations.
Ten years later, we returned to Ontario and sought our help. Our location and requirements altered significantly from our previous homes. Lori displayed a positive attitude in accepting this challenge. Today we are very happy in our new community which Lori found for us outside of our traditional working territory.
Without hesitation we would recommend Lori to any potential clients. She has a proven strong work ethic, is very professional, honest and gets results!

What luck to have you in my building at a time when I was planning to move!
Your attention to detail would never have been accomplished without you. Your encouragement, enthusiasm, and stoic determination proved successful. And, successful I hope you will be in the future.
I am just sorry I didn’t meet you sooner, however, I hope you will drop by whenever you are up this way.
“Alls well that ends well” as Shakespeare said and this surely ended well. Thank you, Lori May.
