I grew up on a charming farm in Prince Edward Island, but in Toronto I’ve found my true home. Over the years I’ve lived in many neighbourhoods across this wonderful city: Cabbagetown, Riverdale, Yonge and Eglinton, Yonge and St Clair, Forest Hill Village, and South Hill, and they’ve all been marvelous in different ways.
I studied at UofT, and taught elementary school for a few years until someone at a wedding said I’d make a great real estate agent. I found my calling, and have been sucessfully selling homes throughout Central Toronto since 1983!
Working in Toronto’s exciting property market is a natural high. When I pick up the phone, I never know who I’m going to meet or what new adventures will unfold. I learn something new every day, and many of my clients have become steadfast friends.
Most of my business comes from repeat clients and referrals, but I’m also happy to meet new clients and take on new projects.
Carol Marquis is our real estate agent. She’s knowledgeable and ethical – absolutely! Plus she has a calm, patient approach that helped us find and buy our North York gem-in-disguise home 15 years ago, and then sell it recently within a week of listing. A steadying force in both cases … when we were worrying about never finding the right property and later when we were concerned about selling it quickly for a good price. During the in-between years, she kept in touch discretely becoming a friend as well our real estate agent.
