What do I love about my job?
Every day is different with a variety of challenges and achievements, to keep it fresh. I enjoy working with clients who are as excited about the buying/selling process as I am. I love viewing some amazing homes that you always pass on the street and wondered what they’re like inside (especially the quirky ones) and lusting over in vogue decor.

What do I like best about the Toronto Real Estate market?
It’s fast paced and always changing, throwing up curve-balls to keep it interesting. No matter what the market conditions, it’s always happening in cycles, the key is keeping an eye on stats so that hopefully you can anticipate when major changes are coming and can advise your clients accordingly.

When I’m not working, you can find me…
Traveling (favourites include Australia, Vietnam, Bali, New Zealand, Italy), spending time with my family, reading horror novels and my other passion photography.

I work with a lot of first timers or out-of-towner buyers, guiding them through the process, introducing them to different neighbourhoods or the educating them about the real estate market here in Toronto. I love to empower my clients through knowledge, whatever level of real estate experience they have, so that they make informed decisions on the biggest and most rewarding purchase they’ll ever make.

What neighbourhoods do I primarily work in?
The Beaches, Leslieville, Riverdale, Upper Beach, Greektown, The Danforth, East York, Scarborough, Midtown, Downtown.

What type of properties do I love the most?
Bay and Gable Victorian, industrial lofts, I also love the Art Deco design style. And I’m a sucker for anything with exposed brick walls!
